Two female goats suffering from tetanus were diagnosed based on clinical signs and presence of typical gram positive rods of Clostridium tetani. Hematological examination revealed leukocytosis with neutrophilia. The goats were treated with Amoxicillin, Tetanus immunoglobulin, Diazepam, Meloxicam and fluids. The goats started taking feed with improvement in muscle stiffness and were able to stand post treatment.
