Four crossbred and one Sahiwal calves aged less than one month were found positive for Theileria annulata infection both by clinical as well as laboratory diagnosis and treated with Buparvaquone and supportive drugs. Out of five calves, four recovered with single dose of Buparvaquone whereas in one calf, second dose of Buparvaquone was given after 48 hrs.
