A Rottweiler dog was presented with history of anorexia, regurgitation, dysphagia, gagging and mild salivation after ingestion of cooker whistle. Clinical examination revealed heart rate and respiratory were within physiological limits. Lateral plain radiograph of abdomen revealed radio opaque foreign body that was lodged in stomach. Surgical invention was planned to retrieve gastric foreign body through gastrotomy and surgically managed.
