The efficacy of oral Ivermectin and herbs as co-therapy was evaluated against canine demodicosis in both generalized and localized cases. The efficacy of the drug was assessed on the basis of clinical improvement and disappearance of mites in skin scrapings. Oral ivermectin and local application of Zingiber officinale and Citrus lemon as co-therapy gave highly satisfactory results in management of demodectic mange in twenty dogs.
