A nine year old female dog was presented with symptoms of dysuria, stranguria and tenesmus. Palpation revealed a hard mass at base and narrowing of the vaginal passage. The mass was tentatively diagnosed as vaginal tumour. Hemato-biochemical was within normal range. Hypoechoic mass measuring 6.2 cm length and 4.2 cm width and hyperechoic wall in the vagina passage was visualised on abdominal ultrasonography. The mass was removed using routine ovario-hysterectomy operation. Review after a year confirmed no complications, recurrence/metastasis.
