A female dog was presented with bilateral prolapsed third eyelid gland condition and not responded to routine medicinal treatment. Surgical correction was performed by Morgan pocketing technique in left eye and resection of prolapsed gland in right eye. Both techniques yielded good clinical outcome and no post operative complications were observed.
