Thirty eight cattle calves and one dog with congenital ocular dermoid cyst were presented during the period of 10 years. Bilateral involvement was found relatively lower than unilateral. Conjunctival, corneal, corneoscleral and corneoconjunctival forms were observed. In most cases it is resected surgically, but a few cases where ocular surface was totally covered by dermoid cyst, it was left untreated.
