A crossbred cow was presented with bulbar conjunctival tumor near right medial canthus with epiphora. The tumor was successfully excised after physical restraining, auriculopalpebral nerve block and local infiltration. Standard post-operative measures were followed. The animal recovered uneventfully and no recurrence was observed.
