A three month old calf was presented with history of hard bilateral mandibular swelling. On laboratory examination, the case was diagnosed as a lumpy jaw. Then immediately the treatment was started with combined antimicrobial therapy of Ceftriaxone + Tazobactum and Gentamicin along with supportive therapy. The Calf recovered completely after four weeks.
