Oesophageal diverticulum was diagnosed on clinical examination and contrast radiography in buffalo heifer presented with history of anorexia, salivation, difficulty in swallowing, regurgitation, absence of defecation and swelling at ventro-lateral aspect of middle cervical region. Treatment consisted of surgical correction of diverticulum, feed and post-operative management. The animal recovered uneventfully.
