An pluriparous buffalo was presented with history of complication in parturition since last eight hours. All efforts to deliver the fetus using mutation operations had failed. Per-vaginally, a dicephalus dipus tetrabrachius dicaudatus fetal monster was delivered by partially fetotomy operation. The post operative medication and care resulted into uneventful recovery.
