Atopic dermatitis was diagnosed in eighteen (18) dogs and treatment was evaluated comparatively with three different therapeutic protocols. Prednisolone along with Tacrolimus and fatty oil supplementation was found to be the most effective therapy, without any untoward complication, than prednisolone and Dexamethasone alone. Tacrolimus spray was found to be an effective topical therapy for management of Atopic dermatitis.
