A Boxer dog was presented with history of frequent vomiting, inappetance, lethargy and depression for last four days. Lateral radiograph revealed a round radiopaque foreign body in the esophagus. The foreign body within the esophagus was recovered through gastrotomy operation under fluoroscopic guidance and general anesthesia.
