A dog presented with inappetance and pus discharging sinuses from the base of mammary glands was diagnosed as microfilaria associated inflammatory reaction. Anaemia, thrombocytopenia, lymphopenia and leukocytosis were evident in hematology. Sheathed and unsheathed microfilariae were found in buffy coat. The animal was successfully treated with Levamisole hydrochloride for seven days.
