A intact male dog was presented with history of anorexia, dullness, bilateral ocular cloudiness and persistent fever for three days. On clinical examination, pale mucous membrane, swollen lymph nodes, bilateral lacrimation, cornel opacity and generalized debility were recorded along with hyperthermia. Peripheral blood smear confirmed Trypanosomiasis. The animal was treated with Diminazene diaceturate along with supportive therapy for five days. Gradually corneal opacity reduced and animal had an uneventful recovery.
