A Marwari male horse was presented with bilateral ocular lesions. Ulcerative lesions were present around medial canthus and puncta lacrimalia. The lesion had hemorrhagic and containing numerous yellowish caseous granules. The lower eyelid was swollen and painful. Cytologic examination of direct smear from the lesion showed eosinophilia with Gram negative bacteria. Based on clinical and cytological examination findings, the case was diagnosed as conjuctival habronemiasis complicated with secondary bacterial infection and treated.
