A bullock was presented with history of anorexia since last ten days. Clinical examination of oral cavity revealed soft, fluctuant, painless mass in right side of sublingual tissue just beneath the tongue. The case was diagnosed as unilateral ranula. Incisional drainage was undertaken along with local irrigation of counterirritant followed by parenteral therapy. The bullock recovered uneventfully.
