A buffalo was presented with hanging mass from injured body wall at the ventral aspect of abdomen was diagnosed as evisceration of omentum and intestines and managed surgically. Following eighth day of treatment, the same animal was presented with discharge of ruminal contents through a stab injury at the posterior aspect of previous wound. The condition was diagnosed as trauma induced rumen fistula and managed by surgical intervention. Animal showed complete recovery by thirteenth post-operative day from fistula repair and showed no further complications.
