A Ongole bullock was presented with anuria, anorectic, restlessness and colic. Clinical examination revealed prolapsed rectal mucosa, swollen perineal region with sunken eyes. Per-rectal examination revealed distended urinary bladder. The condition was diagnosed as urethral obstruction and surgical correction was performed by cystotomy and urethrotomy to retrieve multiple cystoliths and solitary urethroliths. Indwelling urethral catheter was placed and retained for twelve days post-operatively. The animal started normal urination through catheter after surgery and showed uneventful recovery.
