A intact male Sahiwal bull was presented with chronic preputial prolapse for last 10–12 days. The internal lamina of prepuce was prolapsed approximately 6 cm and exposed preputial epithelium was edematous, hard and necrotic. Preputial prolapse was repaired successfully via circumcision technique. No post-operative complications and recurrence were recorded.
