Abstract

Urethral rupture in a Gir bull was recorded with history of urine retention, swelling on ventral side of abdomen around prepucial sheath. The case was diagnosed as urethral rupture and prepared for prescrotal urethrotomy. Animal recovered successfully after one month post-operative management.
