The communication describes cervical leiomyoma diagnosed at the time of parturition in an indigenous cow. The tumor was removed surgically and the size and weight of tumor mass was 18 cm x 14 cm x 9.5 cm and 1.5 kg respectively. Tumor was solid, nearly rectangular in shape, well circumscribed, brownish coloured and encapsulated. Histopathologically, the tumor was diagnosed as leiomyoma.
