A cow calf was presented with symptoms of high temperature, dullness, weakness, dyspnoea, pale mucous membrane, anorexia and bloody diarrhoea. The clinical and haematological findings coupled with detection of piroplasm in circulating erythrocytes and coccidial oocysts in faeces confirmed concurrently infection with theileriosis and winter coccidiosis. The calf was treated and managed successfully with Buparvaquone, antibiotics and supportive therapy.
