A two months old male calf was presented with history of dome shaped skull, sluggish suckling reflex, normal body temperature and slightly dull in appearance with normal parturition. Clinico-physical examination revealed the calf was having congenital hydrocephalus with mild nervous symptoms and was treated with Mannitol, Vitamin-A and antibiotics to reduce bacterial infection and combat hypovitaminosis. The calf showed uneventful recovery after two weeks of treatment.
