A heifer was presented and diagnosed with papillomatosis. Autogenous vaccine was prepared using older warts collected under aseptic condition, minced and suspended in formalin overnight. The extracts were suspended in normal saline solution and triturated. The suspension was filtered using muslin cloth added with Streptopenicillin.
