A German Shepherd pup was presented with vomiting, anorexia and prolapsed intestinal mass since last fifteen days with elevated temperature and tachycardia. A firm tubular mass on abdominal palpation was confirmed as intussusception on ultrasonography. Surgical management by enteroanastomosis under Xylaxine-Ketamine anaesthesia showed uneventful recovery.
