A Sahiwal calf was presented with history of pyrexia, inappetence, dullness and nasal discharge. Clinical examination revealed increased temperature, heart rate and respiration rate, enlarged pre-scapular lymph node and pale conjuctival mucus membrane. Lymph node biopsy examination revealed presence of Koch‘s Blue Bodies (KBB) of Theileria sp in lymphoblastoid cells. Calf was treated successfully with Buparvaquone and supportive therapy.
