A crossbred calf was presented with pyrexia, inappetance, weakness, anemia and enlarged lymph nodes. Blood smear showed intra-erythrocytic piroplasms while aspirate from swollen pre-scapular lymph node revealed intra-lymphocytic schizonts. The calf was treated with inj. Oxytetracycline and inj. Buparvaquone along with supportive treatment. The recovery was uneventful.
