A pup was presented with intermittent seizures. Ear swab collected demonstrated Otodectes cynotis mite. The pup was treated with ear cleaning and Ivermectin as otic drops, Cephalexin and tapered dosing of glucocorticoids for six days. After twenty one days of treatment, the pup recovered uneventfully.
