The communuication focuses on isolation of MDRSA from milk of a cow suffering from acute clinical mastitis and its identification using colony morphology, Gram's staining and biochemical characteristics. Antibiogram and molecular characterization by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) targeting 16S rRNA, blaZ and mecA genes were performed to confirm MDRSA.
