A female dog was presented with large hanging ulcerated mass from the vaginal opening. On basis of history, clinical signs and histopathological findings the case was diagnosed as TVT. Surgical dissection was performed under premedication and general anaesthesia. The case was successfully operated and reconstructed. Animal showed complete recovery without any complications.
