A calf was presented with history of growth on lower jaw of mouth which was disturbing feeding and mastication. Physical examination revealed tumor mass as Odontoma with involvement of lower jaw and incisor teeth, confirmed on radiography. The tumor mass was resected out along with involved portions of mandibular bone and remaining skin was reconstructed to form lower lip for mastication. The surgical wound healed without any complications and calf started normal grazing after four weeks post-operatively.
