Abstract

A chronic case of flea allergic dermatitis with alopecia on lower back was diagnosed in a male Pitbull dog. The dog was treated with Fipronil and Methoprene Spot-On Solution, regular bathed with Chlorhexidine and Miconazole shampoo along with topical application of Miconazole, Ofloxacin and Clobetasol ointment on wound concurrent with oral administration of Cephalexin and Prednisolone resulted in complete recovery with hair re-growth.
