Three horses were presented with conjunctivitis, photophobia, corneal opacity and epiphora. Clinical examination revealed presence of eye worm in aqueous humor of anterior chamber and surgical removal of parasite from the eye was planned. Under general anaesthesia, eye worms were removed by needle insertion technique. Post-operative instillation of opthalmic drops, administration of parenteral antibiotics and analgesics were advocated. Complete recovery and clearance of corneal opacity was observed after two weeks in all horses.
