Abstract

A horse was presented with history of corneal opacity, epiphora and ocular discomfort. Ocular examination of affected right eye revealed eye worm moving in anterior chamber. Menace reflex for vision was positive. Eye worm was surgically removed under sedation with small stab incision given 2 o’clock position at limbus. Complete recovery and clearance of corneal opacity was recorded within twenty days with post-operative care.
