The study was carried out to determine clinical signs, hematological and therapeutic efficacy in T. equi infected horses. Clinical signs were pyrexia, anemia, icteric mucus membrane and fetlock swelling. Hematological examination revealed significantly decreased hemoglobin, packed cell volume, RBC and WBC count. The diseased horses were treated with Buparvaquone 4-6 mg/kg b.wt. intramuscularly along with hematinics and fluid therapy.
