Abstract

A Marwari mare was presented with history of bilateral hind limb lameness along with inflammatory swelling of tarsocrural joint. The clinical signs and radiographic examination confirmed bog spavin. The case was managed with antibiotic and corticosteroid therapy along with pressure bandaging. The mare recovered uneventful.
