Two equines with exuberant granulation tissue at dorsal hock region and granulation mass firmly attached to skin at dorsal fetlock region were presented. Surgical resection of granulation mass was attempted in one while another was treated medically with topical astringents. Both horses recovered uneventfully without relapse of granulation tissue.
