Abstract

A military horse with history of anal bleeding since last one month was presented. Clinical examination showed swelling and regular bleeding from anal region. The case was diagnosed for anal fistula and treated with Platelets Rich Plasma (PRP). The animal recovered fully within seven days suggesting platelets rich plasma as an effective alternative therapy.
