A male mule suffering with gradual weight loss, episodic colic, frequent urination, hematuria, arching of back was diagnosed with cystolith in urinary bladder. The animal was surgically operated under Xylazine and Propofol general anesthesia. Post-operative care was undertaken with anti-inflammatory and antibiotics for three days. Complete recovery was observed after fourteen post-operative days.
