A stallion was presented with clinical signs suggesting Tetanus. Diagnosis was made on basis of clinical presentation and microscopic evaluation. Animal was treated with tetanus immunoglobulin, antibiotic, muscle relaxant, analgesic and supportive fluid. The animal completely recovered after fifth day of treatment.
