Abstract

The study evaluates parenteral treatment regimens alone in clinical endometritis in buffaloes. A total of 783 gynaecological clinical cases with varying lactation number were included in the study. Out of 783 buffaloes, 173 were found to be suffering from clinical endometritis. Diagnosis of endometritis was undertaken by evaluating cervical discharges. Fluroquinolones and Tetracycline long acting was evaluated for their efficacy. Enrofloxacin long acting was found to be more effective than Oxytetracycline Long acting.
