A pup was presented with complaint of urinary incontinence and straining while urination since birth. A finger like projection of pink colour and approx 4 cm in length was seen protruding from vulvar region. The owner confirmed presence of the abnormal growth/genitalia since birth and gradually increasing in size. Ultrasonography revealed absence of any other male gonads in abdomen, thus was classified as female pseudo hermaphrodite. Radical surgery was performed for excursion of ambiguous genitalia. The dog recovered uneventfully without any urinary incontinence.
