Three dogs with history of limping, hard swelling and pain were presented. These dogs were aged more than seven and a half years with affected left fore limb or right fore limb. Swelling, pain and lameness were increasing with time. Serum biochemistry showed remarkable rise in ALP values. Radiographic examination of Case 2 revealed osteolytic changes while in Case 1 and 3 sunburst appearances were observed indicating a tentative diagnosis towards osteosarcoma. These dogs were further managed with surgical amputation and chemotherapy using Doxorubicin at an interval of fourteen days.
