Mediastinal lymphoma of T cell phenotype was diagnosed in a male Lhasa Apso dog. The animal was presented with history of inappetence and labored breathing. Blood and serum panel, imaging and molecular assay were analyzed. Thoracic ultrasonography revealed pleural effusion and cytology confirmed lymphoma.
