Seven client owned rabbits were diagnosed with Sarcoptes scabiei skin lesions and treated with single topical application of spot on Selamectin and biweekly cleaning of cages and premises with Deltamethrin. The therapy yielded desirable results with alleviation of symptoms of itching and smoothened skin lesions without any side effects.
