Abstract

A female dog was presented with complaint of inappetence for 4-5 days, dull, depressed, vomition for three days, not passing faeces and urine and regular increase in abdominal size since last one month. Based on history and clinical signs, the condition was diagnosed as closed pyometra. Ovariohysterectomy was performed and an uneventful recovery was recorded.
