A doe was presented with prolapsed uterus. Repositioning was performed under epidural anesthesia with 2 percent Lignocaine. Everted mass was cleaned with antiseptic, hypertonic solution to reduce edema and vulval retention suture was applied. Animal was administered with Oxytocin, Calcium borogluconate and Antibiotics. Owner was advised to minimize feed for next 3-4 days to avoid straining. The animal recovered uneventfully.
