A Malabari buck was presented with crusty lesions throughout the body. On laboratory investigation of deep skin scrapings, Sarcoptes sp. and Psoroptes sp. mites were observed. The animal was treated with injections of Ivermectin 2 ml S/c and Chlorpheniramine maleate 2 ml I/m and advised, lotion of Benzoyl benzoate, Povidone iodine ointment for external application and tablet of Enrofloxacin one and a half OD for 5 days. Animal recovered successfully after three weeks of treatment.
