Abstract

An attempt was made to asses pre insemination use of human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG) in 60 rural repeat breeding buffaloes with apparently normal genitalia, normal discharge (no infection) and normal estrous cycle. Chorulon TM, 1500 i.u was injected I/M during estrus, 6-10h before mating. Seventy seven percent of the treated buffaloes conceived after the treatment.
